These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed on the oruya.fr website.

The products offered are baby alpaca accessories. Product descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible; however, slight variations may occur, particularly due to the artisanal nature of the pieces.

Prices are displayed in euros. Shipping costs are specified at the time of checkout.

Payment is made online via the secure payment methods available on the website. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been validated.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are given for information purposes only.

In accordance with applicable legislation, customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Oruya cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier.

These Terms of Service are governed by French law.
