Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are covered by Oruya.
For any return request, we kindly ask you to contact us prior to sending the item, so we can provide the return instructions and arrange the return shipment.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within a maximum of 14 days.
